Haven’t updated in months due to lack of time, motivation and computer. Yes people I killed my computer and then spent 2 months looking for another one.  Bought one now though, it was expensive but it fulfills all my computing geking and gaming needs.

My twitter thing has remained relativly unharmed from my computer drought as it  is easier to update twitter then a blog.

Working with Godel (selling cheap electricity and saving hungering children in africa) for the last month and a half. It’s cool but my patience with people who do not wish to make an active choice with their electricity is running low.

Tommorow is work, followed by bursarary application and a night with mal.

Just saw a movie called the girl next door. Three words:

Best. Freakin. Movie. Ever.

Not just because of the HOT female lead (Elisha Cuthbert, who also obviously plays the daughter in 24 ) no matter how hot she is. I see now that she starred in House Of Wax. She was less hot there.

I wish a porn star would move in the house next to mine.

On a an entirely different note: I had Ice cream today. First package of ice cream eaten in like a year. It was strawberry flavoured and according to the package had around 500 calories in it. Yummy stuff.

Tomorrow is all about EC law. And to be more precise, the right of establishment, the right to provide services and the case law referring to these issues. It’s going to be alright.

Okay, I may be childish, but this is the funniest shit I’ve ever seen in my life.

On a different note: There’s a great big party with my old work tommorow however I am sick. I have a cold, and that’s always something which strikes me bad. Man-flue all the way. We will see if I’ll go or not. You can mix pills with alcohol, right?

The president of the Czech republic held a speach critisizing EU-structure and EU-power in the European Parlament. Watch what happens:

1) See what the German guy says close to the end. It’s probably the most clarifying and important remark I’ve ever hear uttered about the EU. Many people ask them selfs why they should vote in the upcoming EU-election. This is why.

2)Many MP’s seems to see them selfs beyond and above critizism, it worries me that they feel that the EU is perfect in it’s present static form. If the organization for which they work were perfect there would simply not be any critizism. Then to stand up and walk away when the elected president of a European state talks to them…. Arrogance is clearly thriving in Brussels.

I watching Night At the Museum. It’s mildly entertaining. If I were my brothers age I would have been RFLMAO.

I went to the gym for the first time in weeks today, felt sick to my stomach and dizzy after the first exercise. I’m definitly feeling this tommorow.

Finished The Kite Runner today. It’s the book Atonement strive to be. I am not a fan of Atonement. I am a fan of The Kite Runner.

Okay, This day was supposed to be study for exam day. Instead it’s been watching Youtube and True blood clips day. I’ve also eaten my own weight in candy.

I saw Wolverine with Stefan and Josef yesterday. Good movie, the only thing that irritated the shit out of me was the obvious disdain Hollywood has for the cartoon. Okay so not everything works on movie as well as in a cartoon, but there are some good shit in those cartoons, promise. My main focal point of irritation with this movie was the way they treated Deadpool. They made him a mute! And they took away both his crazyness and his red spandex! NOT COOL! I’m going to wait for an hour. Then eat food (Salmon, potatoes. Good shit.) and then i intend to begin my studies.

My Saturday night began when I went to Råslätt (the neighborhood) and Selma (The girl.). It was her 20th birthday and naturally I brought a gift. kebab-meat.

I arrived around 8. As it turned out I was one out of only 2 boys, surronded by like 10 girls. We played the game sanning eller konsekvens for like 2 hours and I quickly got drunk. I didn’t have to do nothing to nasty. Selma did a lot of shots and was soon as wasted as me.

Around eleven a clock we went back to the city, I meet Vikas, Khalid and Erik. The girls went to centrum, I went to Akademin with the boys. Later one it turned out Hanna and Karin had arrived at akademin as well.

When Akademin closed down at 2 I went to an afterparty at Karins place. It was me and Erik, Hanna, Karin and a lot of random boys I’ve never meet before. Me and Erik left around 4. I pointed him in the direction of the school. The birds were singing and the sun was getting up. I naturally didn’t get home to sleep. I went for a walk. It was cool.

The time is now 5 a clock. The sun is up. I don’t feel like sleepin’. My plan for the day is to make and eat breakfast at 7. Go to the gym around 8. Study at school around half past nine. Eat lunch at 12. Study until 4 and then go home to sleep. It’s going to be a pretty okay day.

I am tired. God morning.

Swedish students party Wednesdays. Mostly because it takes them like 3 days to get over the hangover since Saturday.

My Wednesday night was not an exception. I tried to do my usual routine and sent Erik a text. Erik replied that he was going to study his arse of since he had an exam friday and that I sucked if I were to nag him into partying.I made Vikas and Khalid party with me instead.

When I went to pick up Vikas in school it turned out he was sittin’ in the same room as Erik. We then spent about an hour drinkin’ moderately and ridiculing Erik trying to make him party with us. We did not succeed. He was adamant about the need for him to be able to study the mornin’ after. In retrospect it turns out he didn’t study anyway.

Vikas and I dropped his computer of at a friend of his place in Alpha house. We then proceeded to Akademin, sharing a 50cl vodka bottle between us as we were walking. We finished the bottle about the same time as we reached Akademin, got in and bought beer. Vikas did the stripper-pole thing. We sang TNT by AC/DC and before I knew it Khalid showed up with his Russian neighbor.

It was about this time the Vodka really hit me. And more importantly, it hit Vikas. He started going up towards women shouting “I’m TNT!” on the top of his lungs. He obviously found it to a be a brilliant way to pick up women. It wasn’t. It’s the first time I’ve seen women actually run away from someone inside a bar.

I had 5 more beers, spoke to persons I know and persons I’ve never seen before. This girl walked up to me and said “Hello, your name is Pontus and you study commercial law.” I was surprised as I’ve never seen her before. She then told me that she had meet me like the first week of school. Turns out I had walked around, inside Akademin, and shook everyones hand, stating my name and choice of education and then leaving them. Obviously I have no recollection of the incident in question.

Later on Vikas picked a fight with Khalid about religion. No one of them have any idea why they were fighting today, but they were quite passionate Wednesday. I told them that religion was the opium of the people and only retards would ruin a good evening arguing about some elphantheaded spirit. Then we bought beer.

I Went home around 2. Called Mal. It was expensive. I should stop calling her when drunk. She shows no appreciation of me, not matter how expensive the mode of conversation may be.

Khalid was supposed to crash at Vikas place. Spoke with Vikas Thursday and it turns out he woke up in a friends bed in Alpha house. We still have no ideá what happened with Khalid.

‘Cause I know Mal will ask me and this way I can refer her to the blog and then go offline and play Medieval 2- Total War.

Yesterday I watched a movie called War Wolves. It was about werewolves, this is good. It had some mild nudity, this is good. It also had crappy special effects, this is bad. I went to bed around 9 and fell asleep around this time as well.

I woke up around 8. This is bad as I’ve slept around 11 hours. This resulted in me having felt dizzy and weird all day. I’m pretty sure I have bulging eyes, like if the pressure inside my head is greater the normal.

I had a seminar between 10 and 12. There were maybe 40 students and the room was embarrassingly quiet. After having endured this I bought a coke and ate my lunch with Stefan. We spoke of religion. The difference between his church and the Swedish State Church is obviously that his is more into recruiting people to it. Or something. He don’t much care for other churches at least, that’s for sue.

I then spent all afternoon drinkin’ cola, eatin’ djungelvrål and writing my EC-law essay. I hate EC-law. Johan have written down weird stuff that he is going to be forced to explain to me when he gets back. Also, a girl without group asked if she could be a part of our group yesterday and I said yes. I sent the essay in it’s rough draft to her. I hope she realises how rough that draft really is.

Around 7 I went to meet up with Alex and Peter. We had pizza, it was nice. Alex couldn’t finish his ’cause he is small and blond. And from Uppsala. I bought a Coke.

I then went home and now I am writing this. My plan is to refer Malin to the blog, play Medieval 2 -Total War until eleven fifteen when I will hang my laundry up to dry and then proceed to bed.

Tomorrow I shall work between the hours of 12 and 16. Speaking of which: my boss hates me. Friday I couldn’t be bothered to get up until 12 a clock so I texted her telling her I was sick. Got no reply. Ignored it and fell asleep. You are also supposed to tell the boss when you will be working the following week on Thursdays or Fridays. I Forgot to do that and called her up at Monday, around midday. She wasn’t very content. My plan is to tell her that Friday I sent the text earlier but it didn’t reach her until around 12. Furthermore I plan to tell her that I texted her Saturday but she didn’t get the text, something I didn’t really realise until late Sunday night. You think she’ll buy it?

Oh! I got my avatar and link up on the “I am a pirate site” yesterday. I had to send like 2 mail’s but finally they had no other choice then to add me to the site as well. Superguay! (It’s a fuzzy picture of me drinkin’ beer at Akademien.)

Dude, totaly stressed out.I haven’t done shit all wekeend and I’m probably going to pay for it in the comming weeks.
My parents called today, they are helping me move on June 6th. Meaning that that’s the last day I’ll spend in Jönköping. I’m stressed because of this as I’m going to live at home for 3 months, and I haven’t found employment for the summer yet. I’m going to mow lawns all of this summer too, aren’t I? Sucky,sucky – mother-fucky.

Here follows a list of things that need to be done today or tommorow at the latest.

• Write 750 words on my essay on EC-Law
• Laundry, I have one more pair of clean underwear left.
• Call up my boss and see if I am still employed and tell her which days I’m going to work next week (Wednesday, Friday)
• Prepare for the two seminars I have next week.
• Tell my landlord I’m moving out June 6th and try to make sure i don’t have to pay an entire months rent.

Things that need to be done in the near future.

• Try to get my legal litterature sold, as I no longer need it.
• Clean my room. (I’ve seen to many freaky looking animals in my room the last couple of days.)
• Get a summer job
• Revise (Read: start studying) everything that even remotly has to do with EC-Law.
• Book a room in a dorm in London.
• Work on the language of my EC-law essay. 30% of total marks, remember?

And oh, this reminds me, Mal is talking about visiting me. She should. Like before the 6th of June.

I’ve also seen a great short movie entitled the old man and the Seymour. It can be viewed for free here and is rather entertaining. There’s no commercial on the web page or anything. They should get some commercial. If you are creative enough to do a movie then you should of course make sure that you make some money of it. A little banner won’t scare people away.

I’m thinking of pulling an allnighter and do as much of the things listed above as I can. Mal is telling me that I am stupid to even consider it and that I need to get a fucking grip. Or something to that effect. I’m going to at least start cleaning my room. And write some more on my essay before bed. We will see where I land.

A new girl moved in to my house last week. She’s from Nyhamn and she  is going to be here until June.  Today  my landlords are partying somewhere, therefor she has invited like 5 of her girlfriends, they are sitting outside my room, drinkin’ and talkin’. I was invited earlier, but I’m not in the mood. I haven’t said hello to them. I don’t have to be polite do I? It’s my prerogative to ignore the shit out of them? Good.

I watched Children of the Corn just now, the version from 1984. Josephine claims it to be the scariest thing she’s ever seen. She clearly exaggerating.  It was dull. The novel, by Stephen King, was a lot better and a lot different. Very few things were the same in the novel and the movie. Like always, when King’s novels are filmatized. (Filmatized is a word? It should be.)

I’ve written half a page in word today. That sucks. I need to amp up my efforts regarding both school and work. Especially school. I’ve done basically nothing the last couple of weeks, and this exam is going to be a difficult one. I must amp up my efforts.

It turns out Johan, the ex-ranger bodybuilder classmate of mine used to be one of the best in the world at professionals Starcraft tournaments. Ranked 13, I believe. We spent like a day just talking Starcraft instead of studying, which made me get the itch to kick some Terran- ass. I now intend to scratch that Itch.

Starcraft 2 is commin’ out this summer. I’m going to buy it. God, the longing.

But I just realised I don’t have English spell check on this computer.

I can’t fucking use Word. Everytime I open up a fukking word-document I get the question if I wish to register my copy of the program. If I click “no”  Word shuts down. If I click “yes” Word shuts down.

I have a huge fucking essay that’s due in a week, where the languge, can gield up to 30% of my total course-credits. I planned to spend all of this week just sharpin’ the language, and now this isn’t fucking possible and I have to write the entire essay in school. GHA!

I’m so totally  downloading the word 2007  . Totally.

I bought a new bread today. It’s awesome. I think I’m in love. With the bread. The brand is called Klaras solrosbröd. I ain’t never eating any other typ of bread. Ever.

I feel no particular enthusiasm towards my studies this week. Which makes getting up in the mornin’s so much harder.

I am a member of the Swedish party for piracy. So is 42897 other Swedish voters. This is a number which the established Swedish politicians can not grasp. They can not understand that so many people value their personal integrity enough to vote for a party who basically deals only with personal integrity and copyright. They claim it’s all a hoax. Therefore, some very nice people of the blog community have put together a site, showing that there is a great many bloggers out there that are real members of the Swedish party for piracy. And my desire to be accounted amongst them is the reason I’m writing this post.

I am a pirate because I feel that the copyright laws we have today are not ‘doing the job we want them to do, and therefor we need to reform them. I also do no appreciate the move towards the 1984-like disutopia our society have gone through in latter years.

Copyright is an opportunity cost. A functioning copyright should inflict as little damage upon my right to do what I want with my property as possible whilst at the same time ensure that society get access to culture. It’s there to motivate creative persons to share their artwork with society.

However, if copyright exist for the entire lifespan of that artist plus 70 years, does this not inhibit a living culture instead? If a new artist wants to do a remake of Elvis blues suede shoes but with more base and electric guitars in the background, that artist have the choice of paying millions, (yes millions) of sek to the copyright holders. (Sony BMG in this case) or break the law and face even heavier fines. Elvis will not produce more records, even with todays generous copyright laws. The only thing that happens is that society loses out on a pumped up version of blue suede shoes. I don’t think that is what Elvis would have wanted.

Personal integrity vs. Stupid Laws.

I feel that personal integrity is worth something. People are entitled to a personal sphere of their own personal thoughts and opinions. Everyone should be able to locate and use information and knowledge from wherever they see fit. No one should fear to visit certain sites and express certain things just because the government is watching.

The Swedish party for piracy are against the law of FRA, IPRED, ACTA. Laws which in effect are a threat not only to my integrity and freedom, but also to the very democracy upon which the entire Swedish society is built. When they enacted a law in Germany enabling the government to listen to phone calls, the amount of people seeking help by psychiatrists and therapeutics over the phone went down with 45%.People were afraid to be registered as nut jobs.(percentage may undergo a nominal change when I find the source, to tired to do that at the moment.) Ipred can put anyone who owns a wireless router in debt and the ACTA directive – worked out in secrecy- will allow customs to impound my computer if they believe I have a single illegally downloaded piece of music upon it.

I guess that’s the reason I’m a pirate. Because things are rapidly going downhill, and there doesn’t seem to be anyone else but the pirates that cares.

I have a cellphone able to record video. For instance  videos of Mal being drunk.  However neither the blog nor Youtube accept these videos as real. It’s MP4 I believe, anyone knows why this is? Comment me the solution then please? Cheers.

In WordPress the author (=me) can see what people have been searching for when they wind up at my blog via a search engine. The top five all time searches are:

1. Austin powers   with 1,024 visits.
2. Futurama bender with 617 visits.
3. Apple Fruit with 610 visits.

I’m a little bit suprised by the result. Do I really talk of nothing else then Futurama and Austin Powers? God, I’m such a geek.

I am tired and writing this instead of sleeping.

I do not find the enjoyment in bloggin’ as I once did. I am contemplating canceling the blog. Or possibly change the language to Swedish. Fuck, even twitter is boring me. Lookin’ back at previous posts I have also realised that I am not the creative blog king I once aspired to be. This blog sucks, quite frankly and I’m sorry for making all my friends read it.

News in my life: I’ve gotten in to Westminister university, and will commence studying Law and European legislation in October. I’m going to spend the entire summer vacation in Scania. Goin’ home in the beginning of June and staying there until October. I’m looking for a job so I don’t have to mow lawns all summer. It’s not cool enough for me. Furthermore I’m thinking of quiting the Swedish Fundraising gig ’cause I hate pretending to love an organisation I do not like.

Last couple of days I’ve been entertaining myself with anti-copyright propaganda. So the tip(s) for tonight is all about piracy. Pro-piracy-propaganda-songs.

For instance ‘Copying isn’t theft’ by Nina Paley (who bytheway has a cool webbpage and has done an animated DVD about India, which everyone seems to LOVE. ) and performed by the rockcookiebottom on youtube.

In the Swedish department we have a talented Singer/Songwriter who sounds a bit like Gessle.(Johan Bakkes blog.) Some pirates say his song promotes violence and has a racist tone. Some people also claim that Elvis is alive and well and kickin’ it with Jesus in area 51. What I’m trying to say is that I like the song, and to call it either racist or violent would be a stroke of idiocy.

“Den ena handen vet vad den andra gör.” Another song which is a sampling of “staten och kapitalet.” This is probably the best one, I haven’t managed to download it yet although he clearly says it’s do-able in his blog.

I have an interview tomorrow for Nordic Fundraising. Basically trying to convince people to give money to charity-organisations. they called me up at 6 the day before (=today) to get me to an interview the following day. Should they not look more ahead? Student counsulting were the same when they called me up earlier this term.

If I get the job (which I really should, as I have worked with them before and done brilliantly) it means roughly 3000 -4000 sek extra per month, before taxes. A welcome  contribution to my not so big pocketbook.

Mal? I tried to phone you today, around nine, and tell you.  All I got was that weird UK-sounding beep. Call me up anytime before 1 or after 4.

Name one patriotic American that wouldn’t vote for a presidental canidate with that catchy tune?

I’m currently writing about the protection for informers in the Swedish constitution. I’ve been doing it since 9 this morning, = 8 hours. I’ve finished about half a page in word. Success?

Since my internet is working I am also downloading. My computer is slow because of it. I suspect It’s gotten an STD on top of its dementia. But who cares? It’s my only company as I sit here, alone, studying the Swedish constitution in school at 6 a clock tonight.

Since I brought my computer to school I can’t leave to buy food without shutting the internet off, something which would probably remind my computer of its dementia and there would be no more internet for this blogger tonight. The alternative would be to leave the computer and go buy pizza. I don’t think anyone would steal it as it is Sweden and college, but there is always the risk. ’specially with all these foreign students running around. And I have nasty pictures of Mal on this computer, pictures I’d like to keep.

I am VERY hungry, to the point that I am experiencing hunger-pangs. I’ve eaten like 4 banans (-bought at ICA), 4 potatoes (precooked) and 2 sportlunch (Chocolate from the vending machine) today. And I am drinking my third soda. Surely this should be enough to feed a somewhat overweight young adult? Atleast beyond the point of hunger-pangs?

2 foreign female students added me as a friend on Facebook today, following a party I was at Saturday. I must have made quite an impression. Don’t you need to attend the same party more then once in order to be friends on Facebook? I think they should have a page named “ethical guidlines of friend-adding” at Facebook and make it mandatory reading. If I accepted? Of course! Another friend on Facebook is another friend on Facebook: Each and everyone of them causes you to rise on the social ladder.

My study-comrades are sick in the head and always wants us to meet up at 8 a clock in the mornings. I am always late. There is no chance that I am able to get out of bed before 8. Another result of their views of mornings is that i am constantly tired these days. They are Motherfuckers really. And I do tell them this,and they subsequently ignore me because they are good Christian boys. Motherfucking Christians.

I think Christians generally are as intellectually gifted as royalists. But these 2 outwit me sometime, meaning they are not your typical good Christian boys. Or that I am not as smart as I think I am. But I think I am as smart as I think I am therefor the first sentence is probably the most correct one in this paragraph.

Khalid just logged on. Haven’t spoken with him since saturday – he’s an angry drunk. Those are the worst kind. Rumors are saying that a cop woke him up in Husqvarna since he was sleepin’ on the bus. Khalid just confirmed the rumors.
